General rules camping “The cool place”
Before check-in you must register at the campsite “The cool place” – additional information is provided by us upon confirmation of your reservation.
Please read all internal rules of “The cool place” camping and of course please follow them.
We kindly ask you to walk your pets on a leash inside the campside grounds. “The cool place” accommodation rules also apply to GMcaravans, namely the new arrivals in our caravan/bungalow is made after 14:00 p.m. and the departure no later than 12:00 p.m.

Please bring personal sheets, duvet covers and pillows and body and face towels.
Please leave the caravan/bungalow as you found it before your stay.
The caravan has each 2 pulse cards. The cards can be loaded at the reception (1 pulse = 1 lev) and used for different needs in the campsite: washing machine (4 pulses = 1 laundry) or showers (1 pulse = 10 minutes of hot water). Please keep the cards and return them to their original place at the end of your stay.

Where is the nearest grocery store?
You can find small grocery stores in both campsite “The cool place” and campsite “South”. If of course you are looking for a larger chain of grocery stores, our suggestion is to visit Tsarevo – in this town you can find shops of all types.
What is the maximum number of people who can spend the night in caravans?
The maximum number of people who can spend the night in both places is up to 4 people. An exception is made by 5 people in families with children.
As already mentioned, pets are more than welcome, we also are owners of two wonderful dogs. There are enough places for walks (the old road to Lozenets is a perfect route for all dogs). In order to be a pleasant stay for all of us and the other holidaymakers, it is important to follow some basic rules:
We kindly ask you to walk your pets on a leash inside the campside grounds.;
Please when you visit the campside restaurant, the dogs should be on a leash;
Please bring bags for the needs of your pets, collect and dispose of in designated areas;
The dog must be well trained.
Why not offering a separate toilet and shower in the “Ugly Fish” caravan?
The use of shared bathrooms and toilets is also part of the overall understanding of GMcaravans for camping holidays. Camping “The cool place” is one of the few campsites in Bulgaria which offers newly built, clean and maintained outdoor bathrooms and toilets. The campsite idea is to give you a slightly more varied vacation. Moreover, our caravan provides general conditions for a summer vacation, so far it´s not a hotel room or a bungalow with its own bathroom 🙂
What type of cuisine and pricelist offer restaurant “The cool meal”?
We are extremely pleased with both – cuisine-service and prices in the restaurant. Of course, there are many other interesting places in the area to visit or just make your own dinner in our outdoor kitchens. The restaurant offers a varied menu including traditional cuisine, seafood, pizzas, burgers, and a wide selection of soft and alcoholic drinks.
How far is the beach and do we need to pay extra for sunbeds and umrellas?and?
GMcaravans are just 3 minutes away from the beach, where you can find 2 lifeguards, a restaurant, a bar, a surf school and other water activities. Paid umbrellas and sunbeds are available, as well as a free area for all beachgoers. Pets are also welcome;)
Where are the gas cylinders filled and is there an additional charge?
You can change gas cylinders at the “The cool place” campsite reception. When ordering a new bottle, please give the number of the bungalow or caravan in order not paying additional amount of money.
